How to Enroll at Tiny Kitchen

First timers to Tiny Kitchen are often confused by our not having a set "schedule" as in other cooking schools, where classes begin and end on set dates.

Truth is, at Tiny Kitchen you make the schedule because our classes are completely individualized, meaning we do not do any group work. Students work alongside other students of similar age but each has their own workspace, recipe, ingredients and equipment. They will not work together, even when they are siblings.

The reason behind this is that I believe kids truly learn and have fun in a completely hands on situation where they do everything from beginning to end guided by me and my team of teachers.

We have classes from Monday to Saturdays, with a 9 - 11 am session and 2 - 4 pm session. All courses are 5 sessions and you can schedule to come once a week, every day, two or three times a week, etc.

When you fill up the enrollment form please write anywhere on the space your preferred session dates and times. We will get back to you as soon as we can as to whether your chosen dates are okay or are already full. Payment can be made at the school ahead of time or through China Bank.

If you are unsure of your schedule, you can book whatever slots you are certain of and the schedule the rest to follow.

You may reschedule slots with advance notice. We do accept absences due to the student waking up sick on the day of class.You forfeit the session of you are absent without informing us.

New students begin with the BASIC course for 7 - 12 year olds, Tiny Kitchen 1 for 3 - 6 year olds and TEENS for 13 - 19 year olds. Please refer to the 2016 newsletter for courses, fees and bank details.

Last but not least, don't forget to bring your containers! You will take everything you cook home.
